Standard delivery within 5-8 working days. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, except for socks, items from the Pre-Loved Collection, and shoe care products, which are non-returnable.

Shipping times: not perfect, but planet-friendly
Generally, orders are dispatched within 3 working days. Most common shipping times are within 1-2 weeks. Our products come from different vendors across Europe, so shipping times might not sync up perfectly, especially for combined orders. But hey, that’s the price of working with eco-conscious brands who prioritize sustainability over speed. Karen’s not about cutting corners, and neither are we. Shipping fees: simple and fair
Smaller items ship for a fixed rate, and when you bundle them, you only pay one shipping fee (excl. items from collection "HUMANS SUCK" by RSG). For larger or oddly shaped items, we charge two higher fixed rates to ensure they arrive safe, sound, and Karen-approved.
